Ethical Statemente

This website has been created in compliance with articles 17 and 35 of the new Code of Legal Ethics -as approved by the Consiglio Nazionale Forense at its meeting on January, 31, 2014-, as well as in compliance with the Legislative Decree 70/2003 enacted in implementation of the Dir. 2000/31/CE in the field of information society services, with special reference to the E-commerce.
The activation of this website was communicated to the Council of Bologna’s Bar Association in 2011.
The author, Giuseppe Sorrenti, is a lawyer who has been put on the roll (Bar Association of Bologna with number 3794) since 1997, and he is responsible for this website according to the article 35 of the Code of Legal Ethics.
He and his collaborators and trainees undertake to provide benefits and services in full compliance with the rules of ethics and compliance rates as laid down in the forensic Decreto Ministeriale No. 55 of 10th March, 2014 (G.U. N. 77 of 2nd April, 2014) and subsequent additions and/or modifications.
